General Information:
CHEMTOP 1004 is an epoxy-based, two-component solvent primer.
Product Features:
Adheres well to all kinds of concrete and metal surfaces,
Has high chemical and physical resistance,
Exhibits high performance in terms of anticorrosive properties,
When coated with appropriate topcoats, it is resistant to dilute acids, dilute and concentrated alkalis, detergents, vegetable, mineral and animal oils, seawater, diesel, gasoline, and many other solvents.
Usage Areas:
Used to protect metal surfaces from atmospheric, chemical, and mechanical effects;
Used in refineries, petrochemical plants, and other industrial facilities,
Used on surfaces such as concrete, plaster, gypsum, wood in beverage storage tanks, wastewater, beer and malt industry facilities,
Used in factories, warehouses, hospitals, and schools,
As a marine-grade intermediate matte layer before the topcoat on all surfaces of boats and ships to create an adhesion bridge after anticorrosive primers,
Used as a primer on all sheet aluminum surfaces.

Storage:
