PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
CHEMPROOF is a single component, low viscosity polyurethane based liquid waterproofing and protection material. It is an economical system. It cures with the humidity in the air and forms a highly elastic film by adhering strongly to almost all types of surfaces. Its content is based on pure elastomeric hydrophobic polyurethane resin and special inorganic fillers that give the material excellent resistance to chemical, mechanical and thermal aspects. It is applied in two layers with a brush, roller or airless spraying machine.
ADVANTAGES
- Although it does not require thinning, it can be used depending on the conditions.
- Since the white color reflects a large part of the solar energy, it significantly reduces the internal temperature of the building.
- It has excellent thermal resistance, the product never softens. Maximum service temperature is 80OC, maximum shock temperature is 200 O
- It is resistant to cold: The film maintains its elasticity up to -40O
- Its mechanical properties are excellent.
- It exhibits effective resistance to chemicals.
- Resistant to continuous water and snow contact
