PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
CHEMPROOF 2010 is a two-component thixotropic coating material made of high quality elastomeric polyurethane resins. It does not contain solvents. It forms a hydrophobic, elastic and strong membrane after polymerization. It is especially recommended for water insulation of water tanks.
CHEMPROOF 2010 also provides continuous and holistic coating on surfaces with details such as chimneys, antennas or pipes.
The color of the material fades when the surfaces of the tanks are exposed to direct sunlight. However, this is completely a problem related to its appearance, its water insulation and protection performance are not affected in any way.
ADVANTAGES

- It performs in a wide temperature range. Its heat resistance is between -40°C and 90°C.

- Water tanks made of concrete/steel reinforced concrete, steel or other materials
- Prefabricated concrete tanks
- Drinking water tanks
- It can be applied in tanks with shrinkage and expansion movements.
CONSUMPTION
It is applied in two layers with a roller, with a consumption of 0.750 kg/m2 for each layer.
A single layer application with a consumption of 1.50 kg/m2 on the tank floor is sufficient.

STORAGE
Can be stored in unopened original buckets, in dry environments at temperatures between 15°C and 25°C for a minimum of 6 months. Material in opened buckets should be used as soon as possible.
